Recently for Mobile Fun, I created a ‘Hands On’ video of the official HTC One M8 Dot View Case. It certainly is quite different from the other thousands of cases available, presenting information in a very unique manner that actually works really well.

With hundreds of little perforations in the front cover of the case, information is displayed in bright sharp colours. Looking quite retro, it is full of charm and the finger swipes work amazingly well through the closed front cover. It is a novel way of viewing notifications and even if you don’t own the HTC One M8 smartphone, you will want to take a look at this video just to see what it is all about. It is one of life’s little technology surprises that will bring a smile to your face!

So what do you think of the Dot View Case? Gimmick or wonderfully original?

The Dot View case is available from Mobile Fun.
