SEGA based in Shinagawa, Tokyo in Japan was founded in 1960 by Martin Bromley and Richard Stewart. The company is famous for its arcade and gaming consoles including the SEGA Master System, SEGA Mega Drive (known as the SEGA Genesis in North America), SEGA Saturn and the SEGA Dreamcast. Although SEGA doesn’t produce any of its own console hardware now, they still use their rich gaming legacy to re-release classic titles and create new ones for the various modern platforms.
