This update offers significant enhancements, including improved multiplayer performance, the ability to reserve friend slots in private game lobbies, post-game lobbies so friends can play longer, configurable host options and much more.

is there a way to download xbox 360 multiplayer patch over the computer/internet? I am deployed and cannot hook up to xbox 360 live. thanks
No you can only download it over Xbox Live.
